This is my part of an art trade with Zekehimberry95 with his character F'waiya, which was really fun to draw! 
I cute out f'waiya from her original background and started again since I wasn't happy with it, and I went with a sort of sweet/candy theme for some reason! I hope you like it! I based her dress on a dress I once saw that had a gradient and it looked so pretty c:
Done with Watercolours; Coloured pencil; markers and edits done in PS
Usually my actual scans look very pale/ messy in comparison to the edits, I'm wondering which people would prefer? Personally I like the edited version as it's much more bright/saturated but kind of like the originals as they show more of a work process rather than a polished finish

Lookit that cutie! Ha, this is why I love doing trades, its so cool seeing characters in different styles, especially my Isslar since its hard to get people to try drawing them . Really interesting how you did her "spikes" (that's what my bro and I always called them but they're more like...weird tentacle/tendril things lol). Changing them to be feathery looking is a really neat idea!
Love how the traditional look overall came out, but especially the shading on her skin and that pretty dress. She's into fashion so it fits her so well! The sweets BG was a nice idea as well - also fits! I knew when looking at your gallery you could do something nice with one of these characters and that's what got me to ask for an art trade I'm glad I came across your forum post. It was a pleasure to draw Cricka for you and certainly a pleasure to see this pop in my inbox. Also, I do think your edited version looks better, but its still cool to see both versions
